Activolio is operated by Activolio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Description of Service

Activolio is a property portfolio management platform designed for UK property investors. The Service allows users to:

  • Track and manage property investments
  • Record mortgage and financing details
  • Monitor income, expenses, and cash flow
  • Connect bank accounts via Open Banking
  • Generate portfolio reports and analytics
  • Analyse potential property investments

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details and current pricing are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid subscription to continue using premium features.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service to store or transmit infringing content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You grant us a licence to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6.2 Data Export

You may export your data at any time through the Service's export functionality.

7. Open Banking

If you choose to connect bank accounts via Open Banking:

  • Connections are made through FCA-regulated providers
  • We access read-only transaction data as authorised by you
  • You may disconnect bank accounts at any time
  • We do not store your bank login credentials

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Activolio Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or reliability of any information
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Important: The Service is a portfolio management tool, not financial advice. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activolio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Activolio Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
